Bethesda Discipleship Home
Colossians 1:27-29 27To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: 28Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus: 29Whereunto I also labour, striving according to His working, which worketh in me mightily.
Who We Are
1 John 2:1-6 & John 5:2-9
Bethesda Discipleship Home or also known as the BDHome is in the process of registering as a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization. We are operating a residential program that provides Christ-honored-Bible-centered-discipleship to men who desire to know God in a dynamic and intimate relationship, and to become Christ-like leaders in their home, church, community, and work. It is our aspiration to reach those men affected by the scourges of life including men who are spiritually sick, spiritually blind, spiritually lame, and/or spiritually paralyzed.
We are not a treatment program. We solely rely on the Word of God through the Holy Bible, prayer, fasting, and Truthful decision making in order to guide a man to the Instruction and Truth of Almighty God Jesus Christ.
The BDHome operates the program within the facility of a homelike environment and provide a Biblical comprehensive approach. Our objectives are to nurture, equip, and serve men with a transitional housing method through seven goals so that these men may live life as God fearing, responsible, and productive leaders in the home, church, community, and work.
We provide a structured, family atmosphere favorable to spiritual growth. The men participate in much thinking, education, training, and community outreach services, to stimulate endurance, to promote character development and positive life long change, and to bring personal appreciation, and to practice investing their lives into the lives of others around them.
Mission Statement:
John 20:31

- Nurturing men into a loving relationship with God Almighty, Jesus Christ;
- Equipping men to use their God-given spiritual gifts;
- Serving men by building a change in character through discipleship, discipline, determination, and the wonderful grace of God for strong male relationships and responsibilities.
Vision Statement
Proverbs 29:18
The Bethesda Discipleship Home envisions immobilized men coming into the BDHome. We envision men spending daily time with Jesus and getting to know Him in a dynamic intimate way. We envision men learning to be transparent and to hold each other accountable and more importantly being accountable to God in all details of their lives. We envision men learning to humbly and joyfully serve their families, churches, communities, and employers with Godly character.
Goals
2 Corinthians 13:11
Success can only be measured by the goals set in place. The principal goal of the Bethesda Discipleship Home is first to fear and honor God in all that happens in and through the BDHome. As we seek to always accomplish this principal goal within our actions, we aim to prayerfully serve the Disciples in love, purpose, determination, discipline and discipleship through proving the Disciples in order to:
1. Be a Bethesda (Home of mercy)
2. Develop a wholesome relationship with God
3. Serve to help men conquer their strongholds
4. Maintain a character level in tune with the Bible
5. Secure long-term employment
6. Establish financial responsibility
7. Ensue success with their families and neighbors.
Financial Obligations
Luke 16:9-12
Would you please invest yourself in the grand puzzle of these men's lives?
The Bethesda Discipleship Home is not government funded. We rely solely through (1) God to move the hearts of people to contribute financial support, and (2) a small monthly fee that the men or their sponsors pay towards the higher cost of making the program available to them.
The investment in lives takes more than one person. If you would desire to make a financial contribution to support the work here at the Bethesda Discipleship Home, please click the Donate button at the top left of this page.
